1. What the Trust Audit Is
The Trust Audit is a single 60-minute diagnostic consultation delivered over video call. It is a professional communication review — it is not therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice, and it is not an ongoing coaching programme.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Results depend on your own effort and circumstances. No specific business, career, or personal outcomes are guaranteed. What we provide is an assessment and specific language you can choose to use.
3. What Is Included
One 60-minute video call, the recording of that call, and a written map of what we found. The recording and the written map are yours to keep. Anything you bring to the call — messages, recordings, threads — is used only to prepare and deliver your session.
4. Booking and Payment
Calls are booked through Calendly, and the $250 fee is collected at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change for future bookings; the price shown when you book is the price that applies to you.
5. Rescheduling and Cancellation
You can reschedule using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
6. Confidentiality
What you say on the call stays between us. We do not share the recording, your materials, or the contents of your session with anyone outside Mind Ventures Lab without your written permission.
7. Intellectual Property
The frameworks and written materials we use are the intellectual property of Mind Ventures Lab. Your recording and your written map are yours to use however you like; the underlying frameworks may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without written permission.
8. Conduct
We expect ordinary professional conduct on the call. Mind Ventures Lab reserves the right to end a session early in the case of abusive behaviour.
