Refund Policy

The Trust Audit is a single 60-minute consultation, booked into a reserved slot. This is how cancellations are handled.
Rescheduling
You can move your call at any time using the link in your confirmation email. There is no charge for rescheduling.
Cancelling Before the Call
Cancel more than 24 hours before your slot and you receive a full refund. Cancel within 24 hours of the slot, or miss it without notice, and the session is treated as delivered — the time was held for you and cannot be filled at that notice.
If We Cannot Make It
If we have to cancel or cannot deliver your session, you choose: a new time at no cost, or a full refund.
After the Call
Because the session is delivered live and you keep the recording and the written map, completed calls are not refundable. If you feel the call did not tell you anything you did not already know, say so and we will go deeper — a second session at no extra charge.
How to Request a Refund
Write to hello@mindventures.academy. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days, to the payment method used for the booking.
