When you book a call, we collect your name, email address, the answers you give when scheduling, and the payment information needed to process the booking. Scheduling is handled by Calendly, and payments are processed by our payment provider — we do not store full payment card details.

We use your personal information to schedule and deliver your call, send you the call recording and written notes afterwards, answer your questions, and process payments. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Call Recordings
Calls are recorded so that we can send you the recording and the written map afterwards. The recording is yours to keep. We keep our copy only as long as needed to deliver it to you and to answer follow-up questions, and we do not share it with anyone outside Mind Ventures Lab without your written permission. If you would rather not be recorded, tell us before the call starts.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We retain your information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law.
5. Cookies
This website uses minimal essential cookies required for site functionality. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics that collect personal information.
